I had no idea Whitecastle was real, I thought it was just for the Harold and Kumar movie and to my surprise in 2006 on our cross country trip there it was in all of it's glory... A real live White castle and at that moment I knew

Y’all should have gotten the seasoning. Make sure you use the rehydrated onion water for the steam. Buns on the burgers when cooking. I only know this because I work there😂

White castles are awesome. I order with no onions with cheese and extra pickles. The have great mozzerella sticks too. You have to ask for marinara for your sticks and horseradish mustard packets. So good

It means you have a dull knife if you start crying while cutting onions. Sharpen your knives, Julia! Another way is to leave the onions in ice water for awhile, but it'd be beneficial to get two things done by sharpening your knives and then cutting your onions because no one likes a dull knife.

Other tips for chopping onions: 1. Wear sunglasses. Wraparounds are obviously best. Goggles, even better. 2. Just use shallots instead.
