Why would you attempt to clean your hands with something that will put glitter all over them? I can appreciate the decorative value of these soaps but they aren’t practical to actually use as soap.

It is DECORATIVE soap. Sure they use it for the video but in real life it is decorative and wont be used as anything more than a decoration.

I don't really think the video needed a demonstration of proper hand washing procedure. Just a demonstration to show it's actually soap, not a watermelon or geode.(and debatably soap, anyway, as it doesn't seem to foam when in contact with water)

4:26 I don't think that anybody have noticed that when we melt the soap it is hot in nature good enough to melt and burn the plastic under it ...... And don't get it shape......and if soap is cold it will get solid

do not use food coloring to color soap that is a disaster waiting to happen. You have to use special soap dye. Food coloring is just gonna stain your hands

Um. Soap or not if you were to make these with soap then it will function... Like soap there isn't a difference and adding edible glitter doesn't decrease the value, the soap will still work the same even if you add glitter or not, only difference is that it will have glitter. Honestly these people don't deserve that much hate.

They’re using melt and pour which is pre-made that is safe to melt! You can find kits on amazon, or on Micheals arts and crafts website. :)

After looking at the vid closely, half of the "soap" they use is wax. Melt and pour soap runs like liquod soap, but this runs and sets like improperly heated wax. Enough to be stirred and poured, but not enough that it turns clear like actual wax does. Also, notice how a film forms on top of the ''soap" as they pour it? Wax doesnt like to bond with cool wax and will Always form films. Every soap doesnt sud up, which yeah not all soaps do, but not a single one did. Or even discolour the water. The only few ones that looked like legit melt and mour soap was the very first that the soap rose was dipped in, where you can Tell its actual soap because it slid on the counter some after it was wet, and some of the others that slid or had actual suds on them

Its FINE. I make my own SOAP. And my own CANDLES, AS WELL. This is LEGIT. ( Have you ever seen a see through, wax candle, before ?? ) I also worked for many years, in a craft store. And have made my own candles and soap for over 30 YEARS. There are so many holes in what you have said, sadly... TOO MANY, to answer here... But, the most important thing... CHEAP SOAP, ALMOST, ALWAYS FOAMS. 😡 EXPENSIVE SOAP, RARELY FOAMS. 💖 " FOAMY " SOAP, IS MADE FOR CHILDREN AND FOR RIDICULOUS PEOPLE, WHO INSIST ON AGREEING TO HIGHLY TOXIC INGREDIENTS, added into their soap. Holistic and Organic people, RARELY REQUIRE A SOAP, THAT "FOAMS." Again, its ingredients are way too toxic. REAL SOAP, is made from OILS and FATS. NOT DETERGENT. If you made "Melt and Pour " soap ?? Then, you would already know about the MANY, different soap bases... Goats milk, coconut oil, olive oil, shea butter, glycerine, etc... There are about 12 OTHERS, AS WELL. Some " lather " more than others... BUT, MOST DONT LATHER. ALSO...DIFFERENT SOAP BASES, MELT DIFFERENTLY. CLEAR, OR, OPAQUE. Smh ! ALSO... MELTING POTS, SLOW COOKERS, STOVE TOP, OR, MICROWAVE OVEN, ALL DIFFERENT METHODS FOR MELTING DIFFERENT TYPES OF SOAP BASE. Smh ! WHY SUBSTITUTE WAX, FOR REAL SOAP BASE ?? THAT MAKES NO SENSE. COLORS DONT MIX THE SAME WAY, with WAX. And...most of all ??? Its EASIER YO MAKE SOAP, THAN USE WAX. WAX, IF YOU EVER MADE YOUR OWN CANDLES??? ARE TRULY ANNOYING...BECAUSE, AFTER THE CANDLE HAS "SET" AND IS DRY ??? THE CENTER ON THE CANDLE " DIPS" !!! AND.. YOU MUST GO BACK AND REFILL THE DIP/HOLE WITH EVEN MORE HOT WAX...THEN, WAIT, TILL THAT DRIES, AS WELL ! Its too much work !! 🤔 You make no sense. 🤨 Sheesh. Please, watch several, real, KZfaq tutorials, made by real professional soapmakers, about DIFFERENT, Melt and Pour SOAPS, are made. They will break down the SCIENCE, for you. THESE VIDEOS, are great for people like myself, to get QUICK, INEXPENSIVE, CLEVER IDEAS, to make fun, quick soaps...This, is for people, who already KNOW HOW TO MAKE SOAP, WHO ALREADY KNOW THE FUNDAMENTALS AND THE BASICS OF M&P, SOAP MAKING... Any REAL SOAP MAKER will use common sense and will KNOW this is legit. Most of these videos, were made in FOREIGN COUNTRIES, Cant you see that? They lack the funds to use real molds, very often. OR, REAL COLORINGS. Their soap bases, are MADE IN EUROPE, OR, ASIA. OR, ARE HOME MADE, to save money. They use things that we would NEVER THINK OF, to SAVE MONEY. Glitter is a fun idea. But, in THEIR country, OBVIOUSLY, they dont understand they should be using EDIBLE GLITTER, OR, SPECIAL, SOAP MAKING GLITTER, so, as to not clog their pipes, or not kill their wildlife. IF THIS WAS A PROFESSIONAL VIDEO, IR MADE IN THE U.S.A. , they would have known this.. But, this vidro, would not be FUN , EASY, NO FUSS AND EASY.. I BET, THIS VIDEO COULD HAVE BEEN MADE IN INDIA, OR, PHILLIPIANS. OR, RUSSIA, by someone, who is VERY CREATIVE, WITH VERY LITTLE MONEY. SMH. Give them a BREAK. They are USING A FLIPPIN', CHEAP, VERY DANGEROUS, BOX CUTTER, INSTEAD OF A SOAP CUTTER..OR, KNIFE!! THIS, is definitely made in a foreign country. They only had enough money, just for some glycerine soap base, some food color drops, some cheap, plastic, toy inserts and 3, very basic soap molds, old plastic containers, a tiny, bit, of old leftover glitter... and an old, dangerous, box cutter...🤨 (( And a LOT of IMAGINATION ! )) 💖 I'm very sorry... But...YOU, are being way too picky.

Never, ever put regular glitter in soap. Only use biodegradable glitter made for bath and body products! Also, you probably won't have much luck with food coloring in soap. You can get colors and fragrances for soap at a craft store.

I personally think that the glitter one is not that smart. It's beautiful and decorative, but if you use glitter, it basically makes your hands dirty again. But I love your channel!

Ok there are some reasons why this is wrong First the soap doesn’t foam up when it’s used Second don’t use glitter use leaves or biodegradable glitter maybe fruit slices or herbs? Third the glitter would make your hands dirtier and so will the seeds on the watermelon Fourth most of these aren’t good for the environment and you should do a different method of that idea Fifth some of them don’t actually work I’ve tried some of them and failed would not recommend And also the watermelon when they were cutting it if you look closely the soap is already cut they just made it look easier and not harder than what it’s really like Like if you noticed or agreed with any of these 😊

Why put normal glitter?? Nononono... When doing soap- any kind- then use products meant for soap making.also I don't know how I feel about using foil?! I'm no genius in chemistry, but isn't there a possibility for chemical reaction?
