There's a very common Spanish word that comes from the Arabic expression "law sha'a Allah" لو شاء الله "if God wanted it" (almost the same meaning as insha'Allah, the difference is that in Arabic ان is used for real conditions and لو for unreal ones), even though most of people think it comes from insha'Allah (which is wrong) The word is "ojalá" and it expresses a great desire for something to happen. Ojalá vengas conmigo ( I wish you came with me; literally: you'd come with me, if God wanted it)

My Jewish, Druze and Christian Arab friends all use these phrases with Allah. People think it’s the “Muslim deity” but it’s the Arabic name for G-d and can be used by any religion.

In spanish we use the word Ojalà. Ohh allah. Meaning you wish some thing to happen. Ojala also means i hope

Thank for the video . A suggestion I'd like to offer is to next time maybe choose 1-5 phrases that you feel are the most useful of all and spend the same amout of time explaining those 1-5 phrases. This will allow for a deeper understanding without feeling rushed, and it will make it easier for the learner to learn 1-5 phrases compare to 11

Greetings From NY to every one.It was a great refresher for me, I can relate to every single of them.good memories I still use some of them... immi kanet bit kill bes kullsyawm layl inhaar " Allah ikun ma'ak, Allah yessirlak, Allah yahfezak, Allah yirda ' aleyk, Allah la khayyeblak ta'ab..Wa Enti ya maha "Allah la khayyiblik ta'ab" wa "Allah leynadmik Inshallah!" Thank you for the experience, being awsy from immi wa baba and hearing these precious everyday expressions made me a little emotional... Shukran jezilan.. Please forgive me (correct me) if i was not at best with my transliteration...

Coffee Addict honestly becoming fluent in any language without actually experiencing it is very very hard, I was blessed to grow up in a Arabic household and am a native Arabic speaker and even I struggle with some words. Arabic is just too hard
