Those are vadis, basically fried dal batter. If you grind a dal to form a wet batter and then fry smaller portions or dry out the smaller portions in the sun, you'll get vadis. these ones are moong dal vadis

Can you do a video to share some kitchen hacks to clean appliances like Kettle, Microwave, Oven etc and hacks to clean burnt bottoms of pans or greasy utensils used for frying.
