Kate's dresses, hairstyle and the jewelries were absolutely stunning, she looked graceful in every costume, especially the bold green one. Also, whoever decided to remove Anthony's sideburns deserves a rise, he looks extremely attractive and charming without it.

I just needed the same amount of Kate & Anthony that we got of Daphne and the Duke in S1 😭😭 Please Netflix don’t feel like S3 needs to revolve around a different character’s life, we are all obsessed with this new couple and we NEED more of them!

Also each character/family has their own colour. Kate wears purple a lot. Lady Danbury does too, but darker. Edwina wears pink. The featherington's obviously wear yellow. The bridgeton's wear (light) blues.

No, i rewatched the whole season and Kate wears more blue than purple. lady danbury wears dark red and edwina always baby pink to symbolise her innocence, and yes the featheringtons always yellow and orange

I noticed Kanthony’s wardrobe choices and the horses they rode! Luke Thompson shared he broke several mallets while playing pall mall. Also, I noticed callbacks to season one w Violet embroidering tulips in a scene w Anthony, sharing they represent passion. Anthony gifts Kate tulips during his visit after she wakes up. Kate and Daphne’s horses jumping up in pivotal moments in the show were a nice touch

U forgot the thematic music choices!! - material girl for the first ball where everyone just wants money appearances and titles -diamonds for when the sharmas are being introduced to the queen (the mother was a diamond in her days and now edwina) -kabhi khushi kabhi gham which is an iconic indian song when haldi is being put on edwina..an indian tradition -wrecking ball for the final ball... well...."I came in like a wrecking ball / I never hit so hard in love” edit - ty for the likes 😁

Oh my gosh, you are right! When Kabhi khushi kabhi gham came on, I almost cried. I watched that movie with my mom, when I was a child and I have such fond memories of it, I was just so enthralled by this movie. It hits a deep cord in my heart of immense beauty and sadness. It was so unexpected before I even knew it I had tears fill my eyes of happiness and deep melancholy. That tune is forever engraved in my heart.

The acting, the costumes, the writing in this series is top notch. Just phenomenal. Everyone played their part extraordinary well. It's always the acting, writing and production for me. Netflix go ahead and renew the rest of the series. You already know we are going to watch it several times.

In Season 2, there was a lot of push and pull between Kate and Anthony, there were complications with the family, and then they find each other towards the end. I think everything is just starting. She’s in charge of the household now and she’s got big boots to put on. I want to keep that softness and vulnerability to Kate, for sure, and she can share that with Anthony. I’m just excited for her to have a home and to have a family ".

I noticed that most of the dresses were basically the same dress with minor modifications such as different sleeves, colors, fabric, and embellishments. But the basic bodice and cut of the dresses were the same. The Queen and Lady Danbury were thre most unique in what they wore.

Do you mean the empire waistline dresses? That was just the fashionable design in regency times. The reason why the Queen and people at court wore a different style of dresses is because the real Queen Charlotte (who the Bridgerton character is based on) apparently thought the empire cut and body hugging skirts were improper and insisted on older styles instead.

This season was definitely an improvement and I already liked Season 1. I can't wait for the next. I read the books in college and I'm curious to see what they will do next with the story. Eloise is my favorite character. Edwina is so sweet like if a labrador puppy became human lol.

The only criticism is that Kate was able to agree of Anthony's good looks however Anthony did not make a comment about the obvious physical beauty of Kate. Not one statement!?!? Also, his brothers never made a comment about Kate's good looks, which I don't think it is realistic.

Kate's fabric tea bag is more Chinese style pattern than Indian. Madame Delacroix dresses box at the beginning of ep4 was made from William Morris' Willow Bough pattern. The Bridgerton is set in 1813 and Morris was born in 1834.

Actually, about number 6, the game is based off of the book. Not all the siblings play and Simon is supposed to play too. And the pink and black mallet are also mentioned in the book.

No such thing as a Spanish Fresian. Friesians are from the Netherlands while Spanish the Spanish native breed is an Andalusian, both are owned by Steve Dent who supplies the horses for Bridgerton

Well, I just read it as "It's a Friesian, but he's from Spain :)" - Perfectly fine. About the Friesian Race itself: It's not that off either. Historically Friesians used to be heavy work horses for the farmers in the Netherlands. But when they desired a more elegant exterieur/appearance for their coaches in the 16th and 17th century they began crossing Spanish races into the lines, most-likely Andalusians. But you are right, since then there has been no foreign influence into the bloodlines and Friesians have only been breed exclusively with each other. There is no "Spanish Friesian Sub-Race". But infact there is an Arabo-Friesian Line, dating back to the 1970ty's, when they crossed an Arabian thoroughbreds into it. The reason was to create a healthier, more capable sports horse with less inbreeding while keeping the typical Friesian look. But those are not considered "official Friesians" but infact their own race now :) Useless horse breeding info for you there for whoever is interested ;D

Why is the sister after Eloise not in all the family scenes? She wasn't at the wedding, she wasn't in the dance scene when no one showed up at the ball and neither was she in the end scene.

Francesca is not really that visible in the Book either. You only get to hear about her in Penelope/Eloise’ book. So that might be one reason. Also they made an excuse that she was visiting an aunt.

Watching season 1 was nothing spectacular but ok. Season 2 just bores me to tears. My fascination for straight mostly white rich useless people of the highest society of imperialist England does not extend far enough to encompass this comvoluted story-telling with no plot resolution.

I really didn’t like this season. It was a hotch potch of any bollywood movie. I would have preferred if they had at least stay true a little bit to the novel. I hope the next season will not be such a massacre. I must say Anthony was great. Kate so so but Eloise stole the show.

I don't like this season. It pales in comparison to the first one. I am sure the producers already know this from their metrics hence the need to sustain our interests with this mundane explanations for every scene, look, dress and overall poor directive choices made in this season. At the end of the day, it is all for naught as I depend largely on my perceptions which so far is clear. This season was not well made and I hope you all learn from this to create a memorable third season
