Rob: I follow you on Instagram and love the videos. After 47 years I made the decision to leave the Canadian west coast in 2021 and what I miss most is access to collecting beach oysters and catching crab. I'm living vicariously through your postings. Keep up the great work.

Thanks to you I picked up my first dozen live oysters. For Fathers day going to shuck/try them at home for the first time outside a restaurant. Wellfleets from Cape Cod.

It went very well. 11/12 were tight and alive 1 had a break in the shell but still had liquor and looked good tasted good. First time shucking in decades went great they tasted great my daughter even wanted and ate/liked one. Definitely doing it again. The shells are helping our leaf/mulch pile. Potentially the best tasting oysters I've ever had. I've had oysters locally, more east, seaside in NC and in Keywest all raw. @@Bythewater

I’ve never tried caviar but the millionaire oyster combo sounds crazy good. Although, the caviar might be a little too expensive for me😂. What brand do you buy, sir? If you don’t mind me asking.
