Oysters is probably the worst way to do really bad hot sauces too. Because of the nature of how you eat them, which is too quick and swallow it's basically like pepper spraying your throat lol

Hot sauces are best when they balance the heat and the flavor. Tobasco is still my go to when it comes to oysters! Great video!

I dont understand why english speakers use the word umami. If you ask how define umami, its defined with the word savory. Anything that can be described with umami, savory works just as well. I understand that it was coined by the guy who officially discovered it as a distinct flavor type, but even if it was unknown, it was already labeled in english...
