Varithena is a type of sclerotherapy using a specialised readymade Foam with predefined Oxygen & nitrous Oxide content: But not freely available in India.

If the symptoms are well controlled but still veins are larger, you should consult a vascular surgeon and maybe get the veins treated

Sir I have varicose veins from past 12 years but since 4 months I'm experiencing leg cramps, swelling. I undergone with Doppler test then doctors suggested for a surgery. Currently I'm using stocks continuously since 2 months. Now the swelling got lesser but I'm experiencing a hot feel inside my leg. Please suggest if a require the surgery. It is costing a lot its approx 1 L for a leg. Please guide me any lesser options.

For Deep Vein reflux without any major varicose veins, only stockings should be sufficient. However, some people with larger varicose veins can develop deep vein reflux, which improves after the varicose veins is treated by interventions. So you should consult a vascular surgeon. I have DVT from last 6 months. I am taking action 3mg. But every 2 months I use injection heparin for 5 days .. but my leg start become Blac like dots. Please give some reference

Why is there a reason for injection heparin? Also, with Acitrom it is important t o maintain INR between 2.0 and 3.0. There are many newer anticoagulants which are more effective than Acitrom. You may discuss with your vascular surgeon about these newer medicines. Also, if there is blackening in legs, you should regularly wear stockings.
