In this video number {1146} Beko washing machine WMB71033S Control Board troubleshooting. front load washing machine. part number MARC00421R, G14-B03-T01, 2826280100, while troubleshooting process that the control board was giving clicking tik tik sounds and there was no display. i shared step by step testing and repair process. i stopped troubleshooting process when the dc buss short circuit reached at processor, atmega64a

Really good video. Another way, before cutting the track at 14:35, if you inject 1v 1A (or 2v in this case) where the removed cap was, you should feel the shorted component get warm. You can detect the warmth by thermal camera, blowing the board with freezer spay so that ice forms, or the back of your finger. 2A works better but higher you go more chance of overheating the track Thank you for the video

Thank you for the vedio. These controller mostly have a firmware that is difficult to find for appliance. Even if the ATMEL controller is available the firmware will note be available. Thanks

@@HaseebElectronics I think frameware with this model is locked. Can't be copied The pcbs are designed for you in a very bad way. Any fault on the output of the board is kill the microcontroller

Great diagnosis! I assume that these ATmega a64 microcontrollers are not replaceable. Looks like even if it were available, you would have to program it and too many pins close together to solder, although if it could be soldered, you would be the one who can do it. Take care!

if microntroller is damaged, then it is better to destroy it because most of the microcontrollers are locked

The old/defective microcontroller likely has (or had) custom firmware/code in it. How would you get that? BTW, my 20+ year old Kenmore washer, still has the original mechanical timer, and still works. As with all the new/newer modern cars, they’re full of these specialized electronic modules, that will soon be no longer available. What then? PS, in the near future, I see a whole field emerging, replacing these with emulators, using Raspberry Pi or Arduino computers and hat/add on boards.
