Stop defending the bubble gut. Milos is the only one keeping it real on all of these major bodybuilding podcasts. It’s a problem, it needs to be corrected, it deserves to be pointed out. Bodybuilding went in the right direction after the bubble gut was under scrutiny. Keep being critical of it.

@@FormerIFBBJudge It means a lot, it’s bodybuilding, we all are more impressed by the 6’3 over 300lbs not the 5’3 245lbs guy, who would you rather look like Derek or Andrew? And don’t lie.. Plus if not this year it will be next year you can smell a switch up in preferred criteria to tall and aesthetic. We said stole the “Show” not win the mandatory poses.

You said all are more impressed by tall no that's no true at all the people's champ proves you wrong there's never been a tall dude to win the people's champ award Roelly, Nick, Hadi, Derek won, all shorter guys. Let's be real only tall dudes think how you think which means nothing because you are in the minority the average worldwide male height is 5'7 so tall is going to lose the popularity thing China itself will crush all tall dudes.

"Dwarfing" means nothing what means something is who has the biggest muscle on one's frame and Andrew has small muscle on his frame. Derek by far has the biggest muscles on his frame.

I bruised my hand lol punching a brick wall first I thought it was broken but after some ice and tylenol it's just bruised I got an x ray it's ok. eating good training good doing cardiop everyday. i've always been a believer in free weights barbells, dumbbells... machines are extra or on down days, or days I'm not at my best, although sometimes I do free weights and machines on the same day.

Sarò onesto,ragazzi molto grandi come Jacked e Samson non riescono a far scomparire Derek sul palco,Andrew ha un frame immenso che necessita di ancora più volumi,Hunter ha messo massa ma la densità della schiena nella parte bassa e’ un problema,ha diverse evidenti asimmetrie,Martin mi piace,anche lui necessita di più ampiezza dorsale,ha un buon pacchetto ma niente di esuberante e un campione spesso ha uno o più gruppi muscolari che spiccano per sviluppo anche a discapito delle proporzioni generali,Derek ha la migliore schiena dai tempi di Phill,purtroppo nel front non è crunchy come nel back,manca di separazione nelle braccia ma credo che la battaglia sarà ancora tra lui e Hadi
