In Chicago it’s called a bungalow right across the street from Marquette Park. You can get them all day for $225,000

New Orleans properties are obscene. Cross the line into Jefferson, in neighborhoods where it doesn't flood, and huge homes are assessed at less than 200k :(

It's nice, but the bathrooms are small to me. I like a big master bathroom with a huge tub. Seems kinda rare in NOLA, but we have them all over here in Georgia.

It sold at $1,350,000, so technically it is worth around that amount. A property is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Generally, these list prices depict a "suggestion" of value, but we only truly arrive at a valuation when it sells or is appraised professionally. We were about to have an open house and the plastic table and chairs were so we had somewhere to sit. The property was otherwise vacant. All of my very best, Jacob

I like the location, but the house design is really bad. The price might be cause by the location. The highway just infront of your door. It is noisy, very noisy ...
