About the intelligent use of space in the main salon, Marshall offers, "The design has also been carefully selected to allow for customer preferences and leaves ample room for customization in accordance with individual preferences."
The preferences of her current owner have been a diverse use of space including a cocktail bar comprised of natural stone, a formal cocktail lounge, formal dining, and a retractable movie theatre. All of this while enjoying nearly floor to ceiling windows throughout this space.
