Today, I’m joined by my long-time friend and cute little brother, who is also an actor, Kim Bum.
Please note that since I’m not used to handling the equipment yet, the camera’s out of focus and I didn’t even realize the mic was not on the whole time. Sorry to all my 1lwoolies who might have felt it uncomfortable 😭 I hope you could understand and enjoy this video regardless. 💚
I wanted to present this year’s Gimjang kimchi and aimed to make some simple ramen, but I couldn’t just make any ramen for my brother, Bum, so my ramen ended up being a dish. Hehe 😅
So just for my 1lwoolies, here is the recipe for my special ramen that even Bum, who only eats ramen once a year, finished in the blink of an eye.
(Whispering a small tip) This is a really good recipe for a hangover.

_Ingredients:
Jin Ramen, Yeol Ramen, dried anchovy, kombu (dried seaweed), scallions, spicy chilly, minced garlic, olive oil, fish sauce, vinegar, egg
_How to:
1. Put dried anchovy and kombu in water, and bring it to a boil for about 30 minutes.
2. Chop the scallions and spicy chilies.
3. (On a separate pan) add the ramen powder, chopped scallions, chilies, and minced garlic to olive oil and stir well in medium-low heat.
4. Add the broth into the stir-fried veggies and oil, and put the ramen’s dry vegetable flakes into the broth.
5. Add tiny bit of the fish sauce and vinegar to bring out the extra flavor.
6. When the ramen noodles are cooked, take it out first in a bowl and put the egg to the soup.
7. When the egg is cooked, add the soup onto the noodles.
8. Now enjoy the 1lwoo’s special spicy ramen! Please be aware that you might sweat like it’s a hot summer day while eating this ramen. THE END!
