As a younger reader (I'm 22), I honestly am quite impressed with a lot of modern colorists. I do like the old school muted colors too, but I feel like modern colorists can just do so much more than was possible a couple decades back. That being said, not all colorists are equal. There's some that just aren't great. I think now it's harder to be 'in the middle'. It used to be that pencils are what you notice, and colors were often forgotten. Now, a colorist can make or break the art.

@@howzyerfather I'll give the name and the title I'm reading by them currently. I'm still more character oriented in purchases than creator oriented, so I can't speak to the colorists other work outside these titles, but they've been freaking incredible on these titles: Rachelle Rosenberg-Moon Knight Matthew Wilson- Daredevil Mike Spicer-Swamp Thing Dave Stewart-Detective Comics Tomeu Morey-Batman

Die Hard is not a Christmas movie, I’ve no idea why people say it is. My favourite Christmas movies are Planes, Trains and Automobiles, the first 2 Home Alones, Polar Express, It’s a Wonderful Life, Bad Santa, Arthur Christmas, A Christmas Carol (Jim Carrey version), The Nightmare Before Christmas, Trading Places, Jingle All The Way, Scrooged, Miracle on 34th Street (newer one), Krampus for a horror.

I agree that Die Hard is not an X-mas movie & I love Trading Places, but I would say It's not an X-mas movie for the same reason Die Hard isn't an X-mas movie

It’s utterly astounding that someone can’t tell the difference between frape & using an art program. Calling it “literally” the same, it’s mind boggling.

Ai art scraps images off of google. It scrapes this without permission from the artist. That’s theft. So if you sell that art your playing a dangerous game.
