I don’t recommend salad backwards. In the top and out the bottom is the best way, but that’s just my personal opinion.

I haven't decided whether doing the crossword by just trying the across words first, getting some of them wrong, then having that screw up the everything else is an intentional act to drive people crazy and have them scream at the screen or whether it's his legitimate style. Sorry for the run-on sentence but I'm exasperated by the first few minutes of the video :-)
