It only says that becouse u dident complete all the objectives and u will miss out on any alien corpses dead or alive from the mission. 45:54 U still get the loot u picked up but no corpses. If it says Eliminate all enemy targets that means there are still enemys on the map somewhere even if u think there isent. U can easily test to find out if there are still Advent units on the map by ending your turn. If u se Advent text at the bottom of the screen u know there are more units somewhere.
