Good morning to you both, one of the things I have done is have heating pads for all of my tanks and heated water line, and I insulated my undercarriage and covered it with 3/16" corrugated plastic. It keeps us cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. hope this helps, Mike

The only thing that puts me off the vanlife is the toilet situation. If I do it, I'll do my business in public toilets. Meaning I'll park only in places with toilets. I don't like public toilets, though. So I don't know how I'd survive this life although I love it so much
