I have type 2 diabetes, high cholesterol and blood pressure, since taking turmeric capsules and drinking green tea my last blood test showed I have normal A1c cholesterol and blood pressure. Living off a crock pot diet, eating sweet potatoes and stop eating potato chips/ pastries, drinking soda and eating breakfast cereal helped also. Crock pot meal mostly lentils, frozen veggies and chicken,, also eating apples and blueberries for a sweet snack....And haven't told my doctor yet that I temporarily stopped taking statin and diabetes medications, next blood test in 6 weeks. Standby...........

I Got All The Above As Well, I'm 35 Years Old Now But I Had High Blood Pressure Since 2004 When I Was 15 & Had Diabetes When I Was 20.... But Now I Eat Fruits & Drink Water Everyday....

If you're watching this to learn about how you can heal damaged nerves then pay attention, this is excellent information. I suffered from pelvic fractures, injury to adductor muscles (inner thigh and groin) and injury to both sciatic and femoral nerves after being struck by an automobile while riding my bicycle. From my research I've found that R-Alpha Lipoic acid also helps in nerve cell repair (be sure it has "R" prefix) and I also take a Lions Mane supplement. I am on week 7 of recovery and walking now, whereas just one week ago I needed a walker. I urge you to continue seeking answers! I've learned a lot from KZfaq videos from health professionals like Dr. Berg, and the Nerve Doctors...YT channels as well as others. With the right info you can beat the pain and prevent further problems. Wish you the best!

Chia seeds are high in oxalates so caution should be used not to over do them. Oatmeal really spikes my blood sugars. Too much B6 should be avoided if you have neuropathy as it can trigger neuropathy. I take a B complex without B6.

I think the mushrooms are pronounced shi-tok-ee. - There are heavy metals in dark chocolate. In a study of 28 chocolates, Ghirardelli 86% are one of the safer chocolates. Hershey has a lot of the heavy metals.

This is basically Common Sense. The body tells us what we need if we listen to it. How do people not know when the Body is malfunctioning its usually because of a Nutrition Deficiency. How do People not know know that? This should he taught in grade School and taught all throughout School and not things we will never use.Ive known this most of my life. I went to College for Integrative Therapeutic Medicine which is Natural Healing Medicine. I know what symptoms are caused by what deficiency or too much Of something. Common sense goes alot way. Whole foods are best. I tried to be a Vegetarian for 30 days. It nearly killed me. Neger again. My body needs more than Vegtables and fruits. Animal Meat animal fats are essential.

Dark Chocolate doesn’t have sugar… you have to mix it with some percentage of milk to get the sugar 100% dark chocolate (cacao) has no sugar

😡 with diabetes on the increase wouldn't you think there'd be more manufacturers prepared to leave out the sugar.. ❓it's like the slave trade.. it's always there..I tried to get dandelion coffee as it's so good for you..full of sucrose and when you do find something minus sugar..they want to charge you double how does that make sense❓

Not all dark -above 82 dark - --4:50-- chocolate has sugar to damage. Called medical chocolate. You must LOOK for it by reading all the labels- you can also get organic powered Coco and make your own to your specifications in your blender for all this movie I’ve been doing it for years
