I do believe the pobjoy mint shut down.

You're right! Thank you! It looks like the Pobjoy Mint closed at the end of 2023 after fulfilling all orders. In February 2024, the minting equipment was to be auctioned off. In an article, Taya Pobjoy said that she saw many sold companies' names be tarnished after the sale and she didn't want that to happen to her family name. The jewelry side of the business will continue withe Taya's husband, and the family name will continue through their Pobjoy Diamond. Very interesting. Thank you very much for your comment!

Thank you for your comment. What are your thoughts? Do you prefer other coins, bars, 90% silver, or something else? Currently, my goals include working to buy some ounces of the least expensive silver I can buy, but in the mean time I'm working to learn about the different coins and their history. I've got a ton to learn.
