Hello everyone,
After the changes in my career, I started searching for content that would make me happy. During this process, I read Colin O'Brady's book "12 Hour Walk." Then I thought to myself, "Wouldn't it be good for me to walk for 12 hours?" In this video, I walk for 12 hours and share my inner thoughts with you.
It's been about 10 days since my walk. The blisters on my feet have almost completely healed. The pain in both of my knees continues occasionally. I haven't seen a doctor yet. While it was mentally beneficial, I can say that it was too much for a body that is not accustomed to it physically.
I wanted to make a new start on my own channel like this, and I'll be around here more often now.
