I am very close to how you were but a lil smaller but I am so sick people making comments to me like I'm huge or like you said having shorts that used to be so cute on me and now I can't even find a pair to fit me. I used to love shopping now I don't even want to go to the store and if I do I pick the biggest size don't even try it on and deal with it. I went from size 5 to size idk because I don't even want to know the real number. I hate looking at pics of myself now or me before. thank you for your video it's time to make a change.

@@athikatarannum7929 when I first started I was discouraged when I didn't see the number on the scale go down. But then I realised that it wasn't about the number. My body lost a few pounds but more importantly, my body became toned and my lifestyle became healthier. Mentally I became so much more happier and I can see the results of working out. I'm glad that I am able to keep you guys encouraged to excercise as personally I went through difficulties as well! All the best in your journey!!

I'm going to update every week of my progress, Hope I still get motivated to do this everydayy!! Height = 155 cm Base weight = 56.7kg My goal = 45kg Week 1 (done)= 55.6 kg Week 2 (done) = 55.1 kg I think I'm gonna take a break first here, since i feel so unmotivatedd :( I've not done it anymore, but i still did my usual app workout routine everyday till now, and my weight is 52!!

Hi today was my fifth day and I’m pretty happy with the results but my lower abdomen hurts. Everything was fine till day 4 but idk what happened on 5th day. The pain is reduced but it still hurts. Is it normal?

It took me 8 days since I've been so inactive for months after a major surgery, but I did all the exercises without taking breaks in between! The hip dip planks are the hardest for me, but I did it! I hope I can continue to get even better, thank you April!

Started it yesterday I'm obese, 90kg 5ft 6inch female so these exercises are much harder for me to do. Day 1 : ✔️✔️ Day 2 : ✔️✔️ Day 3 : ✔️✔️ ( my body is literally on fire) but I'm gonna keep doing it.

Day 1: Did twice, can’t do the last exercise correctly for some reason my hands were too sweaty😅 Day 2: Sore in my abs and a bit of soreness in my thighs. It was just as “hard” as yesterday. Day 3: Felt very sore in my abs and I didn’t sweat as much this time, it felt much easier💪🏼 Did it twice. Day 4: Didn’t feel for doing the workout since I had major anxiety but instead I did a lighter arm workout, no soreness today though! Day 5: YOU GUYS! It has only been five days and I'm down two pounds👏🏼 I haven't changed anything in my diet(I'm a sucker for carbs👩🏽‍🍳🍝) to get results faster. Did this workout with a few modifications because I got my period and the cramps were getting the best of me.

I did this for a week and lost about 2kg with no specific diet. Otherwise I feel happier and healthier since I've never did routine excercise lol. Next week I'm gonna continue this with her leg and arm excercise!

Ive tried tons of workout and hers is the only one i feel happy doing, and feel motivated to continue doing. Not too hard, but hard enough to feel and see a difference. Im also glad she included a back workout, because i have lower back pain and always see it left out

Weight now - 71.8 kgs Ultimate Goal weight - 60 kgs (other workouts include - april han inner thigh, kpop dance workout by emi wong to hylt and dynamite, april han love handles and muffin top, april han lower abs in 14 days.) Day 1 - done Day 2 - done Day 3 - done only this Day 4 - done Day 5 - done- As it is 2 November here, i took my weight, and it's 70.8! I'm so glad I'm loosing weight! Day 6 - done Day 7 - couldn't do, it was Diwali Day 8 - done Day 9 - only this and hylt, i was tired Day 10 - done Day 11 - done - weight - 69.9 Day 12 - Not done, I was tired as hell Day 13 - done ( I started doing cardio to bangbangbang, mic drop and boombayah today, to see if it burnt more calories. It did) Day 14 - done (I burnt less calories, but it was fine, as i had some tail bone pain yesterday) Day 15 - done, tail bone felt a lot better Skipped 2 days, tail bone was awful. Day 16 - Done, but didn't do hips and the dance, wanted to restart a bit slow Day 17 - Done everything, also started breast reduction exercise Weight - 70.1, as I have periods my weight didn't decrease, but increased by 200 grams. Will work hard through this week 🔥🔥 (but maybe avoid abs workout?) Day 18 - Done all apart from ab workout, didn't wanna risk it Day 19 - Done all part from abs, started height stretches I didn't do for one day here, as I was out with cousins Day 20 - done, restarted abs workout, periods are overrr Day 21 - done - weight- 69.0 kg Day 22 - done Day 23 - Done Day 24 - done Day 25 - done Day 26 - done - weight - 68.1 Day 27 - done skipped for a day here Day 28 - done Day 29 - done day 30 - done - weight - 68.4 :( As you can see, we've reached a plateau here, so it's time to change this up. This was an amazing workout, and I had a lot of fun. Overall weight loss - 71.8 - 68.4 = 3.4 kg 🎉🎉🎉🎊🎊🎊🎊🥳🥳🥳💃💃💃

Loved your workout April! I workout 5x per week and I still found this workout challenging but effective. I started doing your “Anterior Pelvic Tilt” video a week ago and have already noticed a HUGE difference in my posture so today I did your 5 min abs, slim arms workout and this HITT workout. I am sure I will feel the “pain” tomorrow but I plan to make all 4 of these videos my “Go To” daily play list and look forward to seeing the results in 30 days. You have such a sweet personality too! It was almost soothing to work through the workouts with you while listening to your melodic voice.

doing this today height:156 cm weight:55 kg day 1:okay this exercise is not bad gonna try this tommorow day 2: day 3: day 4: day 5: day 6: day 7:tired and also feel energetic at the same time hahaha sorry guys i forgot to update , i just do the exercise and really have the weight that i want , i lost more than 1.5 kg in the first week though ! pls like to motivate me more hehe hey guys i am 52kg and 157 cm now (august) i suggest if u want to lose weight permanently just diet , eat clean (for me i cut my sugar and junk food intake) it works really well ! try it out guys no regret at all

This workout is very effective. Noticed results withinna week itself . My belly is so close to becoming flat. According to my body I need to workout for 30mins , so I do this workout 3 times or sometimes pair up with her other 10min cardio workout. Truly grateful for this workout! Amazing results!! i am looking for this workout omg finally found it! story time: my family planned a vacation last year so i really want to loose some weight and i came across at april han's channel and found this workout. i did this for one whole week before out vacation, before doing this workout my weight is around 55/54 kg and after doing it for one week it drop at 49kg! i lost weight because of this and i didnt cut of my meal portion or do a diet

Before: 59kg After: Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ Day 3 ❌I was busy so I had to skip Day 4 ✅ Day 5 Day 6 Day 7 I'm sorry I had something going on with my phone lately so I couldn't update but I'm happy that I've lost weight now. I'm 55kg now, I've also done some other workouts too and I don't have a balanced diet I do eat a lot. Hope this helped.

I'm doing two of your HIIT and they are incredibly effective. I've lost 1 kg after 5 days of practicing (with diet, I try to consume no more than 1600 calories a day). I know this is not a huge changes but I'm very thankful and will definitely try others exercises of yours. Wish you the best and again, thank you a lot.

Hey there, I've finally completed the 20 days challenge & honestly I won't say that I got some miraculous result. I've got a more defined waistline, my thigh fat got a bit reduced & the best thing I see is I've become more fit & energetic. Feeling fresh & fit is the best part. I'll try this till the 1st September. I'll come back in 7 days. height: 159 cm weight before: 166 lbs Please motivate me! I always lose motivation after 3-4 days since I don't see results (I know it's impossible to see results this fast, this is why that's my biggest problem when I try to lose weight) So for the people who are waiting for my results I'll be honest with you, I did give up. The reason is simple: my depression. I DID receive medication, but I didn't see results after a while, so I gave up this too, I tried to get better by myself and with my friends, which did help. I tell you this because the problem is that I moved out for my school in a big city at like 10 hours from home where I know nobody and we have the covid, so I can't go out and try to make friends. Anyway, my depression just came back stronger... which doesn't really help at all haha but I decided to try again doing some exercises, I think it'll help me, even if only a little I hope to find the volunty to do it and don't give up because right now, even eating, drinking water and getting up for school is really hard and I know it's not healthy... anyway, I don't know if anyone will read this long explanation, but if you did I'm really sorry I couldn't share with you my result (I'll try to start with a more calm one tomorrow, the one for the legs on the floor if you're interested in my results) anyway, thanks for the likes and don't give up! you can do it! * English isn't my first language, sorry for my bad grammar and if I don't use the right words *

Updating Everyday! (If I can find my comment lol) Every 7 days (once a week) I’ll add my up to date body measurements! For context I’m 16! (I don’t have a compleatly flat stomach, my upper stomach near my ribs is pretty flat just my lower stomach seems to store more fat!) My diet is pretty normal, I don’t really eat much oily/fatty/sugary foods I mainly eat things such as prawns, salad, egg and fruit (with the occasional piece of chocolate) For excercise I used to walk everyday to and from school however due to online school I no longer do this, so the only excercise I was really getting was the occasional yoga session or random Kpop dance challenge. @@user-zq2ob1tx8w of course! Every 7 days I will add measurement updates! For my diet I don’t eat the same everyday (I’ll tell you what my meals mainly consist of). I have been eating lettuce and tuna (with a bit of Mayo, salt and pepper and onion in the tuna mix!) chilli and lime prawns (soak prawns in chilli sauce lime and lemon juice a bit of salt and a bit of pepper for around 3 hours, then fry or boil (cook them) and then eat!) I enjoy this with some Beansprouts and a bit of kimchi! Some picky salad foods (pepper slices, tomato’s, carrots (shredded carrot with a bit of lemon juice is lovely!) I love fruits so I eat a lot of different fruits! (Pomegranate, mango, apples, strawberries ect!) Of course now and then I may have a crisp (potato chip) but as long as you don’t have them regularly it won’t affect you much! I love sour and spicy things so obviously you may dislike some of my meals if your not a fan of that! Also a good tip is if you feel like snacking you could have an egg (boiled is the best)! I’ve been eating boiled eggs with a little bit of salad cream and it fills me up so that I don’t spend my time snacking on unhealthy foods! And WATER make sure you drink enough water! I tend to add lemon juice into my water as I prefer it over plain (but you can add any infusion!)

4 years I stopped working out and going to the gym and now, I started using this workout last Monday and this is very effective, Not because you will trim instantly but because you will sweat a lot. I love this workout routine and I am not regretting downloading it. My weight is 85 and I hope I can trim down to 70 this month. Let's go for consistency! 💪😌

This is my favorite beginners workout!! At first when just watching the video, I thought I'd never be able to do these exercises at all, but they are a lot easier than they look! It's not too long of a workout, but it's also enough to get a nice sweat and I actually feel my legs and abs getting toned. Thank you so much for this ❤️

I'll do it for a couple weeks Starting in 3/4/2023 I weigh 121 lb. Day 1: I did it 1 time. It was easier than I thought Day 2: 1 time Day 3: I did it 4 times. I must be crazy Day 4: 2 times. Yesterday I was really bloated and I think this has helped me. Day 5: 2 times Day 6: Didn't do it. Gonna take today as a break Day 7: 1 time Day 8: 5 times Day 9: 1 time Day 10: 1 time Day 11: 2 times Day 12: 1 time Day 13: 1 time Day 14: 1 time Okay, my weigh is actually the same but this workout is so good. Let me explain, I overate most days of the first week and I gained 2-3 pounds. The second week i ate normally and this exercise have helped me to lose that weight. So this definitely works. Idk if I'm gonna do it still. Good luck to everyone working out !! 👍 Im gonna do this again. Today is 21/5/2023.. I weigh about 124 lb.. Day 1: Did it once. I kept doing this once a day combined with another workout. I also had dietary restrictions and limited myself to about 700 kilo calories to 1000 kilo calories a day. As a result, I lost about 10kg from 65kg in three months, and in 6 months, I lost 18 kg. I am really glad! Thank you April!

I will come back after 2 weeks: Before: 68kg. After: 64.5kg. Wow, I really did not expect to lose 3.5kg in these two weeks, these routines really work, I will continue doing it for longer, until I reach my desired weight.

It's my first day and I'm already dizzy and sweating like crazy I'm pretty short (157cm) but I weigh 61kg so my body feels very heavy rn Going to be realistic and say that I probably won't be able to do this every day for at least a week bc my body is not used to exercising but I am going to try my best and make this a habit. Maybe i’ll take 2/3 days rest and if my hand is still sore, i will only do legs exercise 😬 Rest day 2: i had a slight fever but i still do a 10mins easy legs workout. i’ll cont this exercise after i’m fully heal from side effects. I am 152cm and 50kg Day -1: Felt good. Day2:. Oh god, my body is full of cramps as it was my first time doing work out, and also the first time when i felt that am fat. 😔 But somehow finished doing it. Keep reminding me about it and i will update further. ALL THE BEST!!!

Weird but I actually felt good after this 12-minute workout. It’s like my body feels light. And all the body pain was gone in an instant. I love it! And that’s the first time for me. I usually hate workouts but this is legit good!

Okay so I have decided to do this for 28 days (4 weeks), I will update my weight every week. Hope I can survive till the end lol Day 0: 50kg (110lbs) ~Week 1~ Day 1: Done (I barely did it, had difficulty breathing due to my cold so it was hard to do procumbent exercises. I will try harder tomorrow) Day 2: Done (I finished it all and felt a bit less tired than yesterday, my whole body started to feel pain tho) Day 3: Done (Goshhh I thought I wouldn't be able to do this because last night my body ached terribly, especially my lower back. But today it got better and I tried my best to make it!) Day 4: Done x2 (I ate a ton of food so I have the strength to do it twice, I also hate feeling heavy after eating a lot, that's a reason too) Day 5: 1/2 Done (I tried but in the middle of the exercise I had a stomach ache and took a rest, after that I continued, which would be much less effective. But today I don't feel well so I will ignore that lol) Day 6: Done (I feel less tired than usual, maybe because I did it after eating lunch) Day 7: Done x2 (Today I want to eat what I like so I did it before eating high calorie foods) => Weight: 50kg (110lbs) Tbh, I feel a bit discouraged, but there are still 3 weeks left and I believe I can do it. This is honestly quite easy for a HIIT workout. The other that I've tried were so hard. Throughout the video, I also realised the shorter a workout video is, the harder it is. Overall, thanks for the workout April!

What i found most motivating are two things: your voice and light, but strict comments, even though i understand it through subtitles (thank you for them as well!) and seeing all these people getting better because of these routines. When i workout, i keep on remembering, that there are lots of people out there doing same workout with me in the moment. And it becomes x1000 times easier!:₽
