Any advice for me--I've been consistently working out generally daily for a couple years now, and most of my body has changed except triceps have been tricky. I love my biceps and shoulders, but the backs of my arms have been hard to tone. I do bicep/tricep strength training at least once a week, usually twice. Any advice?

Quick question? After baby #2, my arms are a bit looser but I have muscle, just flabby arms. (I’m only 30) Will workouts like this tone up that flabby skin? this was a great workout 👍👍

At the end when she says I don't know if I will be able to carry my child later was my exact thoughts as my arms are burning like crazy. Definitely neglect my triceps but I'm changing that slowly.

I'm a short female. 4'9" and read that strength exercises were best for losing weight. So I'm going to try the modified version of most of the videos to help with my journey

The weights we use in the video are purely for demonstration. Here we're using 5 and 10lb dumbbells but we recommend that you select a weight that is challenging but that allows for you to perform all of the movements with good form.

Do the exact same movement but from a standing position against the wall. The closer your feet to the wall, the easier.
