Number 8 got me so hard.. Everybody tells me to think about myself, that nobody else thinks about others or life the same way I do but I know that I am not alone and I know that if nobody’s there to solve certain problems, then there really won’t be anyone and any change. And if I do not try either some people who could have got a chance won’t get it even once in their lifetime. I can’t let go of these thoughts. Sometimes it really do gets hard and I think like who am I and I want to think about my life and myself more. But then I realize that this is who I am. And it won’t change unless I really do hit rock bottom and can’t get back up. And I do believe that I am on this earth for a reason. I believe that there is a reason for my over-thinking. I do envy others that seem not to be thinking much but acting without the concern of their surroundings, just living their life. But then I think I wouldn’t have really wanted to be a different me. That there is a reason I am who I am. And this is my reason. Thank You for the video. Super interesting. Do take care Everyone, always 🌌

#8. Life has a purpose. So true. A lady said to me once. "Its almost as if your life has been a complete and utter waste of time". Those words cut deep, and I was left with a heavy heart, but then, on reflection, I've set myself some pretty lofty goals. The career I chose and gave full commitment to, a beautiful home that gave me and my mother a place to feel safe and secure, but my biggest and most proudest achievement was taking care of my Mum at her most vulnerable time of her life. True sigma female does care about their potential partners(‘s) spiritual connection, if there is a connection and how deep that connection has been developed, sometimes more than anything else. Why making sigma female to be monogamous or not monogamous? It’s only about alignment for sigma female, however it works best for them and their partner, as they are true and authentic in their self expressions physically, emotionally, psychologically, mentally and spiritually. To them, it’s about what their heart truely desires for them and they go right ahead follow through regardless what’s in the way. Works rather similar as sigma male in many ways.

A bit elitist... That is just a wise person male or female... But that need to show the difference is not necessary in my opinion, because the reason people act wiser or understand certain things better or more fully then other is often a question of time and experience amongst other things. To me this is how someone will live when they ciuld keep their authenticity from the truest child self. Not as easy for everyone...

The video starts with dressing, which is not right. The first thing should start with changing someone internally. To know how to reason, to understand the situation and not shy away from sharing their opinion. The important points are said later. It is also wise not to always say "different". This is how everyone should be. This is an idealistic attitude. When people do not follow it, it is upto them. But all people come to follow this way sooner or later in their lives. The way this video is portraying sigma women can make women narcissistic.
