Depends on the size of the snipper that each of them has and the type of medium they have to cut. Then you would have to compare the biology of each of them to see who could generate more force while closing their snippers not to mention their personal arts and crafts experience.

My buddy is a former US Army Ranger. During a war game his unit acted as insurgents. Their sniper took a shot down an M1 Abram’s. Said Abram’s had a paint round in barrel. Tank crew wasn’t happy because sniper hit round as loader put round in chamber. Paint goes everywhere.

@@michaelmoses8745only if when it hits the shell it ALSO made it explode too.. which would only guarantee to take out the loader an maybe the gunner too, similar to a turret kill, as when your talking bout tanks, Especially The most advanced modern ones there's no guarantee even the most anti tank weapon will in just 1 shot usually

@@jrstoelting simmunitions, paint rounds, from pistol to artillery shells are used by the US army in some training, MILES gear is used more these days but not always. Risk of injury is higher with simmunitions and fully automatic weapons sometimes have feed issues with them, but they are a more accurate representation of live fire than MILES gear.

Crosshair is basically like the result of dice rolls being applied to every shot, and he just rolls 20s forever. His hand problem was probably a decision made to nerf him so he wouldn't be unstoppable in a later difficult situation. My guess it that part of the finale has another place where perfect timing and accuracy would get him out, and he's not meant to succeed so he needed something written in to ensure his failing to hit a target makes sense.

I originally thought from the first couple episodes that it was some nerve damage that was caused by a mix of the night spent on the snow planet, Hemlock's gas, and a result from the experiments he was exposed to. But then I though that it was just PTSD related.

@@MrDibara When comparing characters, the typical method is to take their best form. Shand's remained about the same and hasn't improved or gotten worse, and Crosshair's issue being placed very close to the end of the show he's from makes it a lot more reasonable to go by his unhindered form as he is through most of the story. The same standard is applied regularly with other characters. Nobody comparing Batman to other fighters tends to refer to the elderly Wayne in Batman Beyond, they refer to the younger Batman, and typically the rather OP comic version.

So in the mirror shot with the pistol, you can see that there mirrors around that he didn't shoot and the shot didn't bounce off of. Its likely that he REALLY understands angles and he set them up before hand to give himself options and he just happened to use that one because its the one that works.

Anakin's form 5 of classical varient is used to deflect laser shots back at the target, he can sence the trajectory of the bullets and see it before touching his body, the rest is ignored when not hitting something vital.

Talking about bullets into a body of water. A lot of us are of the age we remember thr Mythbusters testing this. They found that handgun rounds fair better than rifle rounds because of the velocity the rifle rounds travel when they smack into the surface is just about the equivalent of running headlong into a brick wall

13:16 Mythbusters actually did an episode on bullets traveling under water. Basically, no matter the calibre (including the mighty .50 cal), after about 4 feet of depth you're safe from 99% of all small-arms fire.

I also just wanna point out that the thing on crosshairs chest plate is a recoil pad so that unsupported, one handed, upside down shot really is quite the miracle Also you missed when he shot the senator in the head but it deliberately didn't kill him and when he shot out the engine from like 2 km away of gobi's ship

7:59 I think we're forgetting about how good his reaction time is and the quick math that is done in his mind. There would have to be so much precise math done -IN THE JUST A FEW SECONDS MIND YOU- to THROW those mirrors in the exact spot. Once he shoots, it hits EVERY. SINGLE. MIRROR. One stray shot and it's all ruined! Yet he manages to hit every time! Just like in season 2 episode 3 of The Bad Batch where Cody throws the disk, and Crosshair manages to shoot it, MID AIR, and disable FIVE DROIDS WITH ONE SHOT. LIKE WHAT-

@@nightwolfnordberg9476Because a rifle laser is less power, whereas tank/star fighter laser would burn right though. You can test this with IRL lasers, if there's enough power it doesn't bounce off but literally burns through the mirror or even shatters it instantly

As someone who's been in the armed forces, I'm calling BS. They go back & forth on the metric & SAE all the damn time. You literally shoot targets at 100, 250, & 500 YARDS in training for stationary targets, then at 10 & 40 YARDS for moving targets. Those weren't "meters".

With the proper optic, interesting things can be done with a rifle 1-handed. 5.56 M4 with EoTech is VERY efficient while 1-handing standing in the back of a moving HWMMV (other hand holding Cab Roof) on Iron Pin target at 50-100m..... 🧐

@17:40 it was Mayday who shot the insurgent on top of him and Crosshair shot the other 2. You can tell with there being only 2 red bolts. There were no red bolts with Mayday’s shot as he shot the insurgent with the gun right into him

Don't blaster-bolts move significantly slower than bullets, anyway? Given that you can see blaster-bolts traveling across the battlefield, it feels like you'd need to lead your shot by a lot to make a hit at any significant range.
