If a young woman gets drunk at a party, and has sex with a random guy,,and then the next day decides she's embarrassed and should've done it.. she can say that she wasn't of sound mind and a accuse that guy of rape.. you know, because she was "drunk" How come she can't use that excuse if she gets a DUI and just says I didn't know any better I was drunk

1 way to beat a DWI DONT DO IT !!!!!!! its a game with drunk drivers laws are not working we'll see this over and over it will not stop. all car keys need to be given to a robot be for the first drink is bought and you have to pass a breath test be for the keys can be returned this might be a law by the year 3035 )o=

what if there was 2 arresting officer and female arresting officer pulled me out in my car with out introducing who they are and male arresting officer did the same thing to my wife and searched my car with no consent and then then they make me sign the citation misdemeanor ticket before they release me the next morning and female arresting officer who write the citation ticket didn't wrote the correct name and badge number. and exact location of the stop. . can anyone tell me what would be the result of my case?? it's my firsttime DUI. and i am low income and i would like to ask if any attorneys can help me to file civil action lawsuit against arresting officer who harassing citizen just to get job promoted and get paid more
