सर मैने आपका ये प्लॅन dowanlod किया है लेकीन कॉलम and salb जो स्टील लगती हैं वो नाही बताई हैं और स्टील की कॉलम के लिये कोणासी size ki Steel लगेगी and slab को कोणासी size लगेली ये बात दी जी ये

I am impressed, make one easy facing but steep sloping towards south plot, you may propose basement parking in half plot utilizing natural slope. Plot size NS50x EW80.

हमारी जमीन दक्षिण मुखी है के साथ बाघ मुखी है, दक्षिण में गली है , आगे दक्षिण में 24'4"एवं उत्तर 18' 3"है संत ही लम्बाई 60' है , निचे कार के लिए जगह भी चाहिए ।एक नक्शा का आइडिया, क्या खर्च आएगा ।

SE cut and SE entrance both, Mandir ENE, N n NW zone toilet, OTS N cut, SW extended with store, etc are all measure detects, further if we draw zones accurately there will be many other defects can be observed.. and 100% vastu compliant design n construction is obviously possible... Who told one can't stick with 100% compliant vastu ... Don't bear half knowledge plz...

Sir can you please make a house design according to my requirement/needs,vastu is not so important, design is important. No boundaries no, car parking needed 1) House size aapke hisab se jitna bada honese thik rehga utna bada banaiye, double floor sahi hai toh double floor single sahi rehga toh single your choice. (Square shape jaruri nahi hai stylish uneven design banaiye) 2) 4 to 5 bedroom (2 master bedroom) 3) 2 common toilet bathroom 4) 2 hall ( 1 common big hall for gathering 1 small hall for family only) 5) kitchen dining together with partition Please sir make a house plan video according to my needs/requirement please it's a request. In future if i build a house I will use your design, I can't afford to hire a architecture please do it for me, I'll never ever forget you if you do it for me please

नमस्कार सर दक्षिण रोड वाला प्लाट 18 फुट चौड़ा 50 फुट लंबा कार पार्किंग सूक्ष्म का नक्शा चाहिए वास्तु दोष के अनुसार पूर्व पश्चिम और उत्तर दोनों तरफ मकान बने हैं सर जल्दी ही बनाना नक्शा

You have not provided any space 4 sides of the house? If we have a Plot of 30*40 we need to provide at least 1.5 Ft apace on the four sides ?

AS PER VAASTU wrong hai. Bahut galtiya hai, sbse pehla to Main Gate hi wrong side hai. East wall se thoda distance chorkar Gate banao. But, middle se kam hona chaiye.

कोशिश करो कि दक्षिण मुखी मकान के बजाय किसी और फेसिंग का मकान बना लें नहीं तो दिक्कतें आ सकती हैं!
