I have a east facing plot measuring 38×42. 38 feet at east and west. I have to leave minimum 3 feet in all direction and 6 feet at back side. As it is a rule in Burdwan, WB. I need 2 bedrooms with almirah, Hall, kitchen, two bathroom, One garage at ground floor. In second floor 3 BHK and a puja room needed. Stairs should be separate in case of rent purpose and usable in both ways. Please make an video and suggest me a better plan. Expected cost.
