$120M Project Reimagine underway along Boulder Highway in Henderson

Project Reimagine has entered its pre-construction phase in Henderson, along Boulder Highway. The project starts at Wagon Wheel Drive and continues seven and a half miles past Gibson Road.

I like the plan from what little it showed. Best thing to happen to West Sahara was the bus lane's in regards to moving traffic. I don't particularly like that someone will have to cross 1/2 of a busy street to get to a bus. But it's better than what it is now.

Have you ever tried to cross an intersection at Boulder Highway at the crosswalk? You get like 6 seconds i swear, you literally have to run across every time lol the light turns green before you finish crossing.

Imagine them caring about fixing a street or highway or whatever but they don't want to fix the homeless/rent problems what a shame...

Its easier to pay rent when you aren't required to spend money (on average $700 a month) on a car.

Highways are only 50% funded by vehicle registration, gas tax, tolls, etc. You sales, income, and property tax foot the rest of the bill. Shouldn't public transit receive the same subsidy?
