It was nice to be able to get on the peak tram this time! I tried to stand up to take shots and nearly fell over at one point because it was so steep haha

Nice to see, never been to this buffet, way to expensive! Also always take the cheap public bus (much better option I think) to the peak. Stay safe....

Great video! Perhaps another category for the buffets is freshness? Maybe that is a subcategory of quality, but I think it might be helpful; to give an idea of how long the food is sitting there or replenished. Also, I am a bit like you, where I like to separate the hot and cold foods on the plate 😂

The beef, definitely medium rare, just like you ate. Some people like it super cooked. That's a shame and a total disrespect to the beef gods! I don't know how you could stop at only two servings of sashimi 😋The person who serves the sashimi would have become a close friend of mine.
