It's not better. The fake just uses standard android face unlock that uses the camera, the real one used infrared. The fake was faster only because it unlocked the phone before you swipe up.

Watching on my brand new alpine green iPhone 13 Pro max!! Upgraded from the iPhone 12 Pro max and gave it to my mom!!
