In this video i will show you :- 12V 4 Amp Battery Charger With Auto cut off.............. [Over charge protection circuit ]
Simple 12 Volt Automatic Battery Charger Circuit.. This circuit is very simple and you can easily make it at your home........In this circuit we will use a relay to cut off charging when the battery will be full.
Required components :-
Transistor BC547
Transistor BD140
12V Relay
5K Preset (POT)
Resistor 1K Ohm × 4
Resistor 68K Ohm × 1
Resistor 220 Ohm × 1
Diode 4007 × 1
Zener Diode 3.9V × 1
Vero Board

The schema is wrong. Transistor BD 140 is PNP not NPN. That's how the scheme might work.

Bhai in my experience, the NPN transistor the collector terminal should be in positive polarity and the emitter terminal in negative polarity.

I have made an auto cut off 4 volt battery charger circuit. I have a problem in this circuit that I can not able to adjust the the cut off voltage. Input is 6 volt and how can I adjust the voltage? 1) By connecting 6 volt adapter in input line and connecting a fully charged 4 volt battery in output line, can I adjust the preset ? 2) Connecting the 6 volt adapter to the input line of the circuit not connecting the fully charged battery to the output line, can I adjust the preset? 3) Connecting 6 volt adapter to the input line and connecting 4.8 volt dc volt supply to the output line of the circuit, can I adjust the preset? 4) Another process. Don't take it as command, take it as request. Please help me by replying it. If 1,2 and 3 no. options are not correct, please describe the another process so that I can adjust the cut off voltage. Please reply as early as possible

You have "wrongly" drawn the BD140 -(a PNP transistor), ... as an NPN transistor...!

1 - AC 220v ko DC 220v karnaki koi jarurat nahi ha.. 2 - Adopter me AC 220v lagta ha.. 3- 12v adopter me phele 12v AC nikalta ha..Phir diode lagake DC 12v karta hai...
