My suggestion is try separate batteries Coz when truck running RPM 1000 or more alternator produces full watt that mention on sticker so when low rpm too many things that run so alternator lose watt (power) so best practice is use separate batteries with isolator

No worries if you cut and extend but you need to buy or borrow an AC hose crimp tool from amazon or other place or find local ac hose and fitting shop I crimp two separate locations coz i use firewall hose connector coz i don't want big hole lose space for dirt and noise

as directed put 600 gram Freon also before put gas make sure vacuumed whole system if you don't have vacuum then find near shop

Actually they send 12 feet 2 hoses also wire ...if you want straight fittings...if you wana custom hidden fitting then local store thay made custom hose as long you want these are hose 10 and hose 6 orrrr you can buy crimp tool from amazon it you able to do it yourself

Ok, look in this case you have to do little more effort so you have to know BTU / Watts of you ac than according to that you have to find an inverter that handle 110v ac after that you have choose batteries according to your inverter watts that give you proper backup and don't know how many it depends.....so its little big project.

LiFePo4 with dc-dc charger would be better

Thats way better but remember connect charger power on wire with ignition or separate switch. Otherwise its too fast and it use starting batteries as source of charge and eat them as quickly. So make it work only when truck start.
