Ashwaganda root is also very helpful in helping with Alzheimer’s. I take a capsule (200 mg) every day and my memory decline has stopped getting very bad! I still have it but I want to be independent as much as possible! Lion’s Mane also helps!

@LORISCASHNER6567. I never said that it wasn’t good information. I only said that WHO would not say it. Personally, I don’t need anyone teaching me about herbs. I already have a fairly good base knowledge and he left out some good herbs that are easy that are probably in your yard right now.

@@lindalawrence5526 ~The first medicinal plants was my comfrey and elderberry bushes..the wild oregano I just found about 3-yrs ago along side the road looking for horsetail..my husband took me 2-yrs ago to go target practicing on my family’s property which opens up to a HUGE field near a swamp on both sides of the road..it was then when I finally found the horsetail that I have been looking for for years and right beside it was the wild oregano..

This is a good start. There are so many we could add to this list. But it is good . Very interesting that the WHO would recommend this but I guess why not given all the warnings of food and medicine shortages.

Find out the links between allergy triggers. Latex plants such as dandelion are common allergens. Latex can be milky white sap or clear gel. Pollen is common hay fever trigger, so avoid flowers. For people with serious allergies it can be best to avoid plant material, eat a mainly meat based diet and take multi-vitamin prescribed by doctor. Clean filtered air, filtered water. Ask doctor to refer you to allergist. Bee stings, wasps, biting insects such as fleas....lots of things can be a trigger... Cats are major problem for some people.... They lick their fur, saliva dries, stroke the cat and dried saliva becomes airborne, breathe that , eyes water, cough, asthma..... Serious allergies are life threatening😢
