As always Dr. Bri, you are a life saver. When I first began suffereing from all of this years ago, the help was limited. But, I did do your few videos religiously and got so much help But, I got back into bad trouble again and you have so many new videos that I am finding relief and healing so quicklyl And, though I have already recovered from it, I am so thankful that you also have the PN videos. I share your videos with the thousands of sufferers in my Facebook group and those that are able to get past thier pain and not get discouraged are getting so much help from you! God Bless you!

Dr. BR I have commented previously I am 66 years old and can do very many of the stretches that you do. I have pelvic floor issues in various ways and I do your exercises all that I can find but I know because I am so flexible at my age I don’t feel I’m getting a lot of benefit from them can you please help me with this. I enjoy everything that you share for all the women that suffer with the problem.

Relaxing the pelvic floor is a great first step, and then you may want to begin strengthening. Check out my Kegel Camp playlist (start from the VERY BEGINNING, Day 1, and work your way up) and contact a pelvic floor physical therapist in your area for one-on-one help!

I believe I have this condition. Have you found any solutions? I do releases abd go to PT but results are temporary. I also started taking gabapentin which helps but I would prefer not to take meds.
@CaptainsLady
@CaptainsLady 2 жыл бұрын
@@aurialee8442 Have you not been diagnosed? The PT should know. Not all doctors do though. I was blessed with a landlord who’s a pharmacist that deals in CBD/PEA. He referred me to a PC doctor who knows a little about it. My PT specializes in PN. She told me of Intimate Rose that carries pelvic wands and such. The yellow wand helps me with the pain. I’m also using a medical grade TENS unit that she referred to my insurance company. That helps too. Just trying all kinds of exercises that can help. BTW, there are Pudendal Neuralgia groups on Facebook. It helps to have support from those who understand. P.S. I prefer not to take drugs to.
