I felt very a tangible coolness in the area after the sitting bone release, as though some actually cooler blood was starting to flow around. Is this normal? And is this good?

I’m so excited to have found you. In the wake of a DCIS diagnosis, I started working out super hard, eating so well, getting so fit, …and then I suffered a prolapse. I was sunk. Your videos are making me feel like I can hang onto and even build muscle while I work to heal myself. Thank you!!!

This is BLOWING MY MIND because nobody understands when I tell them that when I felt something snap in my perineum, my FEET also began to hurt. Also very little sensation in my testicles and penis. I have muscle atrophy in my feet as well, more on the right side. I have discovered just recently that strengthening the pelvic floor is not the solution for me at this time. Relaxing through deep breathing seems to be helping. You are the first person, and I’ve watched many videos, , who has made a connection between the feet and the pelvic floor.

Thank you so much! I am on day 2 of doing this routine. I feel like it is gentle enough to do every morning. Maybe it’s coincidence but it already seems to be helping my right side abdominal adhesions and pain/discomfort. So grateful for you for sharing your expertise on this platform.

On my second round of this, and yes it started during the pandemic. Lost my job and was dealing with a herniated disc and just pain. Did traditional physical therapy for the back and later pelvic floor for my cpps. Absolutely no help, she had me shave my rear so she could use electrodes, and measure the muscles in the pelvis. Waste of time and money, and guess the next step was a finger in the rear. I quit paying the crazy money, as she didn't take insurance. I would just clean up the diet stay active, with what you can do. Definetly think yoga works, I got a tight right inner hip with pain upon massage. Stick with your research checkout downtown Mike and a couple of other cpps videos. I think one guy gives you a six month program for free he just asked for a donation to a book. I don't think pelvic floor therapy work. I think my back was the instigator during covid though. This new round isn't fun either but is bad but not as bad. Green tea and yoga and more research help. A good shrink or minister are an added bonus!

Hello Dr. Bri. I am over 50 :) I had been working on fixing the stress incontinence for 5 years now. I wish I found you when I was going through the biofeedback treatment. I had no awareness of the pelvic floor muscles at that point. The biofeedback helped me to find them. I also were supposed to do the kegel exercises along the biofeedback. Oh! If only I could couple the newly discovered connection to my pelvic floor muscles with your wonderful workout back then... What I really want to say, is that I am thrilled I found this workout! Thank you so much! I only am 5 days into it and the hemorrhoid that I developed during the birth of my second child 23 years ago is no longer there. Wow! Thank you! Also, I have a question, while working out guided by your video I find that I tense at the shoulders. Is this tension ok or should I try to keep my neck and shoulders relaxed? Thank you again!

You're welcome! This is an entire playlist dedicated to my "foga" (fitness + yoga) workouts: kzfaq.info/sun/PLDputRBPsHFSDBhJoR7avYSxxvWwFdb9P In general, they're pelvic floor friendly, just be sure that you're breathing steadily and stop or modify if anything feels uncomfortable or "off" for your personal core/pelvic floor needs! And if you'd like a cool workout for stiff hips, try this one: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/aNpdrLOKy6zHnIU.html

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS VIDEO! You have seriously just alleviated so much anxiety for me. I felt my PT did not spend enough time or effort going over the wand w/me so I have felt too anxious to try it at home. And I did not think there was a sufficient accessible tutorial online (or with my wand manufacturer) until finding this one. I have serious chronic pelvic issues to work on, and you just made that so much more possible. I am so very grateful!

You're welcome! I'm so glad to hear that it helped! If you're looking for additional at-home support for your chronic pelvic issues, you might like my Overcome program. It's so wonderful for people who are also seeing a PT but need something more that they can follow-along with at home to support the work they're doing with their PT. You can get a free trial of Overcome at this link: www.vibrantpelvichealth.com/free-trials

This workout is **pelvic floor aware** meaning that specific cues are given for breathing and technique. This keeps the workout "pelvic floor friendly" for people with all sorts of pelvic floor issues. That being said, I can't guarantee that it will be appropriate for your needs. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT and will tolerate exercises differently. Listen to your body and stop or modify if anything feels uncomfortable for your particular core/pelvic floor needs. Talk to your local pelvic floor physical therapist for individualized medical advice!
