My brother was Joe's drummer when he was 12 yrs old in the "Smokin' Joe Band". I had the pleasure of videotaping all of the band's shows all over N.Y. State for Joe and his parents. B.B.King's security tried to confiscate my equiptment after the band performed, prior to B.B. King taking the stage. I declined them touching any of it. Tore down and locked it all in my trap cases and keep it at my feet in front of the stage during Mr. King's show. To this date, I have all of the originals. Out of respect to Joe, I've never duplicated them for anyone, nor marketed them. Despite Bloodline being heralded as Joe's first band, it wasn't.........

I'm surprised that after all the Rickenbacker videos I've watched I've never ran across this. Most videos try to emulate what everyone thinks is the signature Ric tone. You showed how versatile the Ric can be. I saw the Smithereens and Jimmy Babjak played a '72 330 or 360 through a Marshall. What a great tone! I've heard metal from a Ric and it was pretty impressive as well. This is by far the best Ric demo that does demonstrates its true potential. Thanks for thinking outside the box and showing us that the imagination is unlimited.

By learning the guitar, the guitar should be the first choice for everyone. (The following personal observations are for reference only) Guitars and electric guitars belong to the same family. It is the most popular musical instrument in the world and has many players. It is recommended to start learning guitar in elementary school (it is best organized by schools, with voluntary regular guidance from players outside school). Buy a children's guitar as a toy, practice listening and appreciating the sound of the piano through listening to music, and learn music theory using your brain and hands-on skills. Interactive team spirit among friends, children grow up to be grateful to their parents, and learning the piano will benefit both good and bad! Guitar has many advantages, wide range, many key changes, strange pitch changes, full harmony, beautiful tone, self-playing and singing, solo accompaniment, sense of band, understanding of music theory, knowledge of line music, wide range of players, many ways to play, suitable for both young and old, standing and sitting , strong improvisation, group music, affordable price (please advise) (Old man in his eighties - learning electric guitar) Sharing in the spring of 2024.
