9 Important steps on cleaning your coffee bean grinder (in 4k)
This is step by step how to video to teach you how to clean your grinder (electronic/on-demand)
We will be using Fiorenzato F64 Evo for this video. Most grinders can be clean using the same method as this, or similar methods.
Disclaimers: I will be using layman terms for most of the components of the grinder instead of the actual technical term. For example, I will be using "grind size plate" (because it looks like a plate) rather than "grinding gear" which is totally totally confusing to new people. Please dont flame me for this.

Hello! Great video! I have a question about this particular grinder. I recently cleaned it following your instructions and now I get a much smaller amount of coffee for the same amount of time, around a gram less. Other than increasing the time, what else can I do? Increasing the grind will get me more grams but that will end up ruining my extraction time

Press the button that allows you to move the grind size plate . Then keep turning it, it will come out.

For step 9, if I have been doing it anti clock wise only (no clockwise first) all this time, will i have caused any permanent damage?

There is a chance it may damage the "threads" of the "screw" for screwing back the grind size plate due to improper "thread-vs-screw" alignment . I have encountered many instances of damage "threads" in the past few years of doing repairs . In the unfortunately case if this were to occur you will need to change the entire grinder . Symptoms = very difficult to "screw" back the grind size plate, or difficulty to change the grind size .

After put in everything my grind size is so coarse and come come out so fast I don't know what is the problem

Fiorenzato Grinders have a built-in safety feature, if your grind size is too fine and the grinder burr is touching each other it will not work. Set it to more course. If the burr touches each other, it will greatly damage the motor and the burr blades. Do click on Thumbs up if you find this answer useful.

hi, I've just followed your steps to clean a second-hand F64evo and I desperately need a video (or guidance) for the next steps. Do you need to calibrate it or just turn until you can't tun anymore? The problem is I don't know how long I need to keep turning at the end. When I test-tried a first grinding to see what the coffee looked like, it was very coarse, and looked liked the grinder needed a lot more turns. Following another video, I tried turning while pressing the lever and the middle button, which is almost impossible as the plate is really hard to turn. I don't know if I m being very clear but if you could be of any help with very detailed steps on what to do, I'd be reeeeeeally grateful! Thanks!
