I'm so sick of magical track armor in this game. I stopped playing WoT for 3 years because my PC broke and I moved on to other hobbies and games for a while, and when I came back, 99% of the time a fire on a tank's broadside the shell just auto aims into its tracks and I do zero damage. The physics mechanics in this game are so pathetic its comical at best I swear.

Everyone wishes for at least same rng. I have less accuracy in my udes or strvs for some reason

It wasn't well played, that's kind of the point. It was pure luck

And yet rng still screwed him over at the end.

People do get little insecure when I point out that these replay are primary just about luck. People want to retain illusion of being so skillful one day as this player and plowing through match after match like that.

@@gisilberht wot has lag compensation, basically, if you have bad internet, wot servers will check to see if your shot hit if you didn't have lag. In this case, it looks like the internet of the player lagged right when he fired, and so the lag compensator did it's job

@@waffleatak4899 that's not correct. We have the footage of someone's client side interpretation. What we saw was where he though his shell went, but the server side had the shell make contact.

Honestly prefer rng over shit like volumetric shells 🤮

Except he threw away most of his hp in a dumb fashion, pushing up to the hill in front of several guns, not angling his turret until he was low hp and just general overconfidence

Nothing wrong with it, but that guy was rolling dice the entire game, got 6s pretty much every shot, except when he refused to switch to HE at the end and got punished for his arrogance during the entire game. He played like he had godmode on until he was low hp and then threw the game at the end with impatience

It's simply the delay caused in the replay mode and the server-reticle. It doesn't actually look like this when playing yourself.

If you slow down the replay that shot was not on target, and you can see the shell move past that tank by a couple of feet. I can take a shot full circle on a tank and still miss by a mile. Ghost shell. Blows my mind???

This why people need to understand latency when gaming online. What you see in your client is a little different to tank positions on the server and also different to what any opponents see. Everyone is a little out of sync. It's why the aggressor usually wins the fight in FPS shooters. "Peekers advantage" gives you a few tenths to get your shots in before the server can relay to the other guy that you've moved. In this case the game recognises that the E100 clicked fire in time to make the hit, according to the server, even though the animation the game displays to the player looks like a complete miss. It's important to know that it is worth taking those shots which look marginal, _especially_ on a moving target. According to the server, that target may be a little in front or a little behind where your client is showing it. If it's behind, like it probably was here, you get credited with damage which looks unlikely. Turn on server reticle in game and turn your turret for an idea of how far behind your reticle the server's understanding of your aim location is. Then double that latency for where an opponent is before the server knows it and relays you their location. Long story short, if they're moving fast, take the shot because net code and latency might be showing you unreliable information in your client, you might get the hit. It's often worth a try.

Easy solution...just proxy spot the tornvagn and wait for your teammate to come closer so u can guarantee a win. But this e-100 got too greedy with that 8th possible kill.

Agreed here, I think he smelled blood in the water and wanted it desperately. I threw away epic games like that when I used to play wot because I got greedy.

@@vojspetar3796 its called lag compensation. He prob had high ping, and his shoot was late for 0.2-0.4sec,so wot client goes back and looks if the shell would connect if there wasnt lag abd gives u a hit if ur shoot would pen without lag.

That’s what it comes down to, teamwork. They could have used the chat to coordinate something. Unfortunately what I find in this game are people with swelled heads and swelled egos.

the E100 was a pure RNG and the guy on Tornwagen is way better player, he knew how to use the tank, topographie and aim technics

He didn't play very well at all. Just incredible RNG all game (except for the bounce on the Tornvagn),only spamming gold in the best mm possible but failed when some skill was needed.

Rigged by the RNG gods. Dude 3 shot a IS-4. Rolled pretty high on nearly every shot. And almost every shot he fired wasn’t aimed that well yet still hit the target. 2:22 and look here he wasn’t even aimed at the tank when he shot yet it still hits.

No but when shots are taken well off target and you see the shell miss the tank and you still record damage? WTF????

And fails to pen him and win game because rng didnt award his no aim no angle type of play Pretty much the only reason why this replay is enjoyable is that Tornvagn farming those 44% noobs coming 1 by 1 unangled and snap shotting on move

Maybe a replay bug or the server sight was on the tank but not the client sight

Why the hell would you use aiming device on strv

it's not so easy even in a 4,5,6 format to get 14k damage.

It would have turned out better all tier 10. More hitpoints to farm 😂
