This comedy is gold! Little Timmy is going to get good fast, I have to say. He took his engagements smart, repositioned, fought on his own terms, ran when he'd get surprised before taking a better angle. Found Big Red's windows sus, which was incredible tbh. Sure he didn't know meds don't heal anything, but that's just academic. He'll learn all about items and doors quickly.

definitely mate. He did some goofy stuff, but much of that's due to game knowledge/experience. Otherwise, it's he did very well.

lmao I used to sit in a bush for the first 15 minutes of a woods raid because I was so afraid of other players. This was before the expansion though.

On my first ever raid I got disconnected and closed the game, opened it again after a few minutes and with 3 minutes left and my trusty m9a3 on my side, I looked up a map and tried to run to the exit while the sun was going down. I didn't reach it and went missing in action :) Also the game wasn't optimized at that time, and it stuttered like hell

It gets easier, learn the maps and hang in there, you can only get better! My second full wipe now and im finally able to hang on to a good survival rate and have some nice fights.

You have to realize Pest has basically put 8-10 hours into the game almost every single day for the past 4 years(?) or so. It's like starting to play football for the first time and saying you can't play like Messi (I'm guessing he's good, I don't watch football.)

I think perhaps telling him a pile of meds won't work as a first aid kit might have been a nice idea. Crazy though, he's not just playing Tarkov for the first time, from the sound of it he's never watched a stream or video on it either. Going into EFT blind, brave lad.

He could not have had a better first raid and he will never forget this raid. The OVERWHELMING feeling of playing something for the first time and not knowing where to go or what to do is like nothing else. I'm really, REALLY happy he extracted. VOIP is fucking AMAZING.
