Healthy food? ABSOLUTELY! Your bacon is lovely. So lean. We could easily cook breakfast for each other. It's NOT burnt! It's only the skin that's charred! I've never had black pudding but will look for it. YOU are such a tease!

Wot no backed beans or mushrooms? I'm pleased to see a liberal application of black pepper as I love black pepper on every thing. Our grandkids hide it when I go to our daughters for a meal.

There's a Brit fish & chip shop in Saigon that does a full english breakfast that includes black & white pudding, I decline the white and have double black pudding and buy a BP to take home. I do like a generous helping of bubble & squeak and a mug of tea to wash it all down.

Microwave half tin tomatoes with the grated cheese on top,smoked bacon only, split the sausages, use egg rings and you can bast them to have no slime but a nice runny yolk. Toast n a buttered roll. Mushrooms if available.

..... fried tomatoes .... my whole family growing up loved fried tomatoes except me to this day prefer them to be fresh on the plate ... gotta say the rest of the plate sure looks delish ... had heard of black pudding before but have never had it, have had blood sausage though and do not know the ingredients though ... one thing I do is cook up a whole 500g pack of bacon and the couple three eggs are optional, depending on the day .... thx for the share FP .. as always .. never stop dreaming, just dream bigger .. have fun be safe, save our oceans ....

Last few weeks I've been having Wild Boar home cured Bacon and home butcher's made Black pudding mmmmm. Expensive but very very tasty. Good job you can cook your own Ian 👍 If I had Laver Bread to go with my fry up it would be 100%

them sausages i wrap bacon around them and air-fry them, 10 mins they done... i also sometimes get a slice of bread and break an egg on top of it, then place two rashers on top then air fry it... done 10 minutes or less... oh and i put beans and tomato's in bottom under the grill in the fryer.

Hi Ian, fry up looked a treat! The only thing missing was a frying pan with a much larger capacity!! Ooh! And maybe some fried bread! I'm just a bit miffed I'm watching this just after I've had my evening meal and it was NOT a big fry up! Doh!!!😭

Buy an air fryer to cook sausages properly. Takes the fry up stress away. Daewoo R2D2 lookalike model (glass bowl); revolutionary and you can see how burnt you want stuff. Thanks and best of luck.

Can't fault you with that fry up. We have similar but we have a local butcher/farmer who also has his own animals so the sausage is his own, home cured bacon (thicker and not as salty as supermarket) and home done black pud. Yours is good but I think you would really REALLY like his more.

You cant beat Cumberland sausages fried tomatoes , bacon , egg , mushrooms n hash brown , beans , couple of pieces of toast ,, have this at least 3 times a week , porridge on other days and toast n marmalade. .... lm afraid lm not allowed to cook myself lol ... wife says l make to much of a mess , easier for her to cook ha ha ....l thought you would be having tripe Ian ...

Quite the fry up. I think I’ve had black pudding one in my life. Bacon and eggs is a regular meal for me. I’m on the carnivore diet, and mostly all I eat is meat eggs and cheese. So far I’ve lost close to 60 lbs, and stopped 3 of 4 diabetes medications. I love eating breakfast 3 times a day if I can.

looks like a propper brekfast.👍💪 farmers Ps brekfast does not differ a lot from what I remember from my teens, my uncle use to fry bacon and eggs with potatos as brekfast for us during hay havest. the little dog was working hard to ge a bit. if Mrs P see this she knows her man is doing ok. stay safe.

Hi Ian Yes we put cooked barley in black pudding when I worked in a meat factory .We used pigs blood in the beginning then started to use dry pigs plasma powder We use to knock out several batches of about 200lbs /90kilos a day Ps thanks for vid I'm trying to keep to my diet haha

Yummy (apart from the black pudding) We treated ourselves to a bacon butty for lunch, bacon is from our favourite farm shop in Suffolk and is cured in beer and treacle, it’s just heaven. Always bring as many packs as we can back to Gloucestershire

British meat.. that is a lot of transport. I keep it to my local meet providers. Poor biskit wanted a sausages too. It smelt lovely in her little nose. I hope you have enough time to work or walk it all of again.

Mix some oil with the butter! It raises the smoke point and stops it burning. You still get all the buttery goodness, though.
