Having also qualified for the Tokyo Olympics, she will be one of the youngest ever fencers to participate in 2021, and based on her performance here in Kazan,I'm sure we're all excited to see what she can do ~

One of the best things about watching Lee is how she handles herself on the strip, no drama just fencing, Jessica falls at around 12:00 and her first instinct is to check if she is OK. Notes to take when losing, she just checks her weapon salutes and walks off...with that being said she then went on to win Tokyo shortly after...

I’ll admit Jessica did well here but honestly I think Lee was having an off day. I’d like to see this match up again to see how it goes. I also agree that if Jessica continues she will be very successful. One to watch at future Cadet/Junior Internationals.

Since she has so much time left in Juniors, there's potential for her to be 3 time Junior world champ which would be wild!

@@juicenot2481 For Lee Kiefer very unlikely. Lee will have fenced against the best in the world time and again and many will be left handed. For new fencers, those who are left handed have an advantage but for those who are at an intermediate level and beyond it becomes less of an issue.
