Man muss sich das mal vorstellen, eine so schöne Insel und er hockt die ganze Zeit am Flughafen und schaut Flugzeugen bei der Landung zu, sowas! Nein Spaß, es ist wirklich großartig! :D You have to think about it, such a beatiful island and this guy is hanging around at the airport all day and watches planes landing. The windsock is pointing straight up the runway, steady as a rock. All the passengers who were expecting the usual Madeira maelstrom, and had paid good money for that white-knuckle terror, demanded their money back, went home, and waited for a normal day.

Yes, the lighter the aircraft, the more influenced by wind it is, and with less stability, you need more correction , more work as you say :)

A particularly enjoyable Madeira session. With all the aeroflight videos I've seen one aspect that I don't see enough is the turn from base leg to final. This video has more than most and these big birds can appear so graceful - at least on non-storm days :) Cheers!

note how noisy AirBus engines are compared with Boieng and even propellors Airplane... does it reflect a lower efficiency ? (noise is lost vibrations energy)

@@MadeiraAirport all that I know so far is that it’s a novair a321 from Stockholm arlanda and we depart 8:55 on the 12 of april. And in Stockholm we are 1 hour ahead of you guys 😁😁
