We usually order our lot inventory cabins with electrical, but it is optional.

@All Classy Things, Co. For buildings that are on our lot, the first 50 miles are included in the price. After the first 50, it $4/mile one way. How much rent to own

Hi Linda, 36 months: $842.82 + sales tax, 48 months: $758.54 + sales tax, 60 months: $674.26. The sales tax rate depends on your delivery address. On all 14' wide buildings, there is a $500 security deposit plus the first monthly payment due when you place the order. Also, there is a discounted early payoff option on all 3 terms.
