I bought a Derksen building nearly five years ago and mostly love it. 16X32, hip roof, metal, and two loft areas. Work bench, side entry door, 200 amp service, circuts, lights, and ceiling fan junction with switches. Four 2'X10" high mounted windows on the south side for natural light. I insulated it, and so far have used two little 1500 watt space heaters in winter. They can keep it above 50 degrees when it's zero outside with a strong wind. I've added two 20 amp circuits for outside outlets for pretty much any power needs for that part of the yard. I like the rubberized floor option. My only problem is that the entry door has developed a leak, thus explaining my visit here while investigating how to fix it. I live in Kansas, close enough that it was delivered from the factory near Hutchinson. The delivery man got it set and anchored and got out his 4' level. He laid it lengthwise and crossways on both ends and in the middle. Then he said, "I haven't seen a building this size this level for a long time." I guess I got lucky with some quality work from the excavation company? For anyone considering, go ahead and purchase the one you want and the way that you want it.They're a quality product. Should I have declared first at the beginning? Good luck with your enterprise.

My question is, Depending on how much I put down if I put a lot of money down. Does that lower my monthly payment? For the rent owned program ?

Hi Linda, 36 months: $842.82 + sales tax, 48 months: $758.54 + sales tax, 60 months: $674.26. The sales tax rate depends on your delivery address. On all 14' wide buildings, there is a $500 security deposit plus the first monthly payment due when you place the order. Also, there is a discounted early payoff option on all 3 terms.
