I really like this. Can it be done like this with a A frame roof? Like would the loft be as big on the side where the steps are? I would also make the space under the steps my clothes closet and put a slide patio door in my bedroom. Im looking for something like this for myself and one for my son. Can this be built to Virginia code? Do you service Virginia?

Yes, we service Virginia and offer nationwide delivery and setup. Our Standard Cabin has an A frame roof but those don't have lofts. Check out our website to see our models, and chat with our sales team if you'd like a quote for a custom building.

I visited their site. A Deluxe Lofted Barn Cabin starts at $13,346. This doesn't include delivery and looks like an empty shell. You'll need to design one and provide a delivery address for a reasonable quote.
