Don't use a lubricant to remove the grips if you plan on reusing them, use something like contact cleaner or parts cleaner to slide them off

Take your air lance tuck it inside the grip and blow it off. Easy peasy. If you notice the throttle side grip is thinner than the clutch side, there for more insulated. theres your different in temperature.

i don't understand why the connectors are not supplied in the kit i would gladly pay a little extra $$ to have them.

Don't follow this the instructions are incorrect 12 volt supply doesn't go to the centre of rocker switch but to the 2 remaining wires to the grips the single cable from the Y wire is to 12 volt supply
