In this video, i will boost the speed of my 12 volts 22 Amps Brushed DC Motor by 4 times. From 3000 RPM to 15,100 High RPM Motor.
It is going to be useful in many devices like drones, planes , helicopters, air blowers, vacuum cleaners, small ventilation systems etc.

Use two Double Hellical Gear wheels.. so the side thrust will be 0 and the strength will be 100% try it.

That nylon gear will wear quickly due to torque.....not 🚫 for air lifting.....excess weight here only light bldc motor is efficient

Bearing housing is from vcr head 😅 I used to use them long ago they are well balanced for high.. rpms ....dc motor looks from car ac blower or wiper motor

Mostly children electric car use 12 v dc motor.. Use gear box reduce rpm they're carry weight up to 40kg on rpm 15

Nothing positive that is holding the first gear to the motor, need a drift pin drilled across center.

Well pointed ! I made this mistake, but then i had to drill a hole and place a screw just before the propeller testing because it started slipping on pressure.

Big reason is your motor wight.. Reduce the wieght and increase big propeller curve also to throw more air in high rpm.. Or use light wieght high rpm bldc motor . Better luck next time...

Depends on the application you want to use this device for. It will give more speed but will reduce torque.

Так ты крендель !!!!!! Максимальная тяга винта развивается на 2700 - 3000 оборотов !! У тебя тупо происходит срыв потока с лопастей из-за больших оборотов !!!!
