I remember in highschool, we had a couple guys who had been on gear since they were 14. Polynesian guy was by the age of 16 like 6'5 110kgs of solid muscle and benching 205kg broke the national record and school records in NZ. Guy died at 33 and was healthy, died of sudden heart attack. He was using gear consistently through his life and he was competing in body building competitions. As gifted as he was his kids are growing up without a father and its sad, better off to stay natural imo

There was a guy on my middle school football team in the 8th grade everyone called mean Joe Green, dude was on steroids at 13 and was built like a Boulder. This is why there are so many people on KZfaq who will not come out and admit their usage, even when it's completely obvious. Maybe it's because they know there's a ton of young, easily influenced kids out there who watch their channel and even if they come out and say "don't do it", there's gonna be tons of kids who will immediately seek out steroids at a young age because that guy uses them. The whole Bostin Loyd shit is a perfect example of that. He's so "honest" and open, but he's also clearly influenced a ton of young people to get into gear as well. It's a double-edged sword.

Many gym "bros" are happy with their bodies but keep pushing themselves to improve what they have to get or maintain/ get to the next level plus it is enjoyable. It's the same process when you read books and learn. Just because you read a book once doesn't mean you stop. If you stop learning over the years you do not evolve and you stagnate. He was a good friend of mine. We would compete a lot, but we were both relatively small. I unfortunately had to stop lifting weights because my parents thought it would stunt my growth. But I loved it. Tyler started doing homeschool, and in my 8th grade year, I stopped seeing him. I saw him again a few years later in high school. I was on the swim team, and was in decent shape, but he was huge… I asked him what happened, and he responded with high intensity calisthenics. I remember being 14 just getting into fitness, I had been a fat kid all my life and boom saw David lauds transformation and was instantly hooked into fitness. Next morning I wake up and go straight for a run. For the whole summer I ran every morning for the whole summer and almost did not miss a single day, lost a little over thirty pounds and that’s how I got into cross country running/long distance running. I dreamed of working at a gym that was my dream job as a 14 year old 😂 up until I was 18 all I did was run and do body weight workouts. After I turned 18 and was saving money from work I got my first gym membership and start weightlifting and kept consistent for a year and made hella results. From all of the running I did all of those years I lost a total of around 60 pounds and went from 220 pounds to 6’2 160 and I was literally skin and bones. I had almost no muscle development, but I had hella stamina I could run and swim for so long. After my first year of weight training I think I got to a little over 180 pounds at 12% body fat and then got a job at the most badass local gym and being in that environment was the best thing ever. My training was taken to the next level and I was in the best shape of my life and surrounded by such good people to motivate me.

In my late teens I'd see so many guys at my local Bally total fitness before they became LA fitness just getting jacked and I was always bummed that I couldn't build muscle like these dudes. I worked hard but I just couldn't. I thought maybe my genetics, or my nutrition BUT Turned out all these dudes were on sauce! Most these guys were my age or younger and now all look terrible, fat, bald and riddled with so many health problems all these years later. Glad I never took no sucka route.

"I wanna die young" No, you don't. I started gear well in my twenties with the attitude that I have nothing to lose. Then I got terminal liver cancer from using tren for years. Derek and Leo have mentioned me in their videos. Don't fuck with gear when you are young. You don't actually know what you want at that age. If I could take it all back, I would. Not saying you can't be responsible with gear use (I thought I was by never using orals) but it's a slippery slope and you are just not mature enough to make these decisions at a young age.

Loving the vibe about gains at 15. You will get big training regularly at 15 with good nutrition. Anyone who has played sport has noticed how much stronger an 18 year old is over a 15 year old, without any weight training at all. Stay natural, spend your extra cash on quality food.
