Thank you so much Derek this honestly means more than you know to me. Being able to hear your opinion on my (very roughly & misworded) cycles really helps me understand my mistakes. I wasn't kidding when I said this is overwhelming to learn about as it's a whole new life for me. I apologize for the misconceptions with my wording on everything lmao. I was very eager to get this video out to everyone. Thanks my man seriously

As ryeleys father and dealing with his passing I can honestly say I’ve never watched this video. I was totally against my son taking gear but he was an adult and I told him if you want to go pro that early and this is your true calling then I will support your decision but I won’t like it. At all!! He would have been the youngest pro and already is ! Thank you Derek for posting this. I’m a lot late watching it but is so nice watching my sons videos 🙏🏼💔❤️

@@Miiike I've learned a lot so far. I get the estrogen blockers to keep testosterone from converting thing. But if your estrogen gets too low that is also a problem. I know that TRT will depress your natural production. Going on gear will drop your HDL and probable raise LDL and maybe triglycerides. I'm passionate about health and nutrition, particularly cardiovascular health, but Derek is dropping so much knowledge so quickly that huge chunks of it go right over my head - particularly the deep dive into blood work. I can't keep up with all the acronyms. It's like HIIT for the brain.

Steroids should exclusively only be used by ATHLETES. Ryan wants to be an IFBB Pro. I’m sure he’ll be a huge name in the industry and have a world class physique. As will I. That is why any damage is worth it. When you have a heart attack because of alcohol, cancer and or lung damage from smoking. Immediate death from party drugs. Can you say, it was worth it?
