Elisabethan rose is wonderful, absolutely UNIQUE, I adore it. I would love to see an Intense version of it just because its sillage is weak. Halfeti has much more sillage but Elisabethan Rose is of unattainable elegance.

Loved seeing your "Rose" picks!! Rose is one of my favorite notes but I realized I don't have many rose scents. One I love, is a celebrity scent and I love it because it's a scent that works in all seasons, is fresh, not overpowering and garners compliments. That one is "Still" by Jennifer Lopez. It is a no brainer scent for me. I have five Narciso's and I think they all contain rose. I love the white cube Narciso but just do'nt wear it often, the black one had to grow on me but that one is a bit more wearable in my opinion. I also have Rouge and I'm glad you spoke about it. I got it a few years ago and have not worn it yet because I though it was very strong but I love the scent. While watching your video I sniffed it again and my thoughts have changed so I am going to do some testing and see if I can fit it into my rotation for some occasions. Another rose I just remembered is Alaia EDP, that one is heaven for me. I wanted to say also I love your makeup, hair and outfit. Beautiful video all around!!!

Rose is my favorite note. Miss Dior Absolutely Blooming always garners me compliments and lasts all day, but I believe it may have been reformulated because the bottles in stores just don't smell the same. Thank you for sharing dear!

I don’t have any Rose perfumes that I know of. I’d love to experience Amourage Lyric and the Narcisso Rouge. “For her” by him was the fastest bottle I ever emptied. Loved it. And so did everyone.

Dear Leila, thanks for the video! ❤ I haven't been around lately to watch your (or any) fragrance videos, you can imagine work/life/health issues... But anyway I am back and so happy to watch a dedicated video for my fav flower note! 🌹 (Second favorite is tuberose for me btw.) Great suggestions, some I know and some I am hoping to try soon. Some of my rose dominant likes/loves are Portrait of a lady by Fr.Malle, Rose Magnetic by Essential Parfums, Rosam by Histoires de Parfums, Rose Anonyme by Attelier Cologne, Rosenrot by Rammstein and Fashionably London by Zara. I do have my eye on Rose de Taif by Perris Monte Carlo, but I'm still not ready to pull the trigger on that one. We'll see. But you got me with the Chopard one Nuit des Rois it sounds stunning! I will have to find it here in Bulgaria. BTW Love your new hair, you are stunning as allways. Best wishes and watch you soon!😊

I loved your selections. Rose is not my favorite note so while I like it in Le Labo Rose 31 or in a chypre, I still haven't found a lot of rose forward perfumes that I love. I would not like that metallic blood note either, haha! oxJulia

Hi Leila. If you enjoy Chopard La Nuit des Rois, then you'll most likely enjoy Mizensir Perfect Oud, by the same perfumer. They're quite similar, but Perfect Oud is more demure. Other rose oud combinations that I love are Cartier Oud and Pink, Scherzo by Miller Harris, and Memo Argentina where the oud is not very loud and it's more rose centric.

Tresor Midnight Rose came to my notice because I was looking for rose scent and Leila recommended it in past rose video.I don’t like it at first but I Love it now❤I thought it was the same as you. Do you still have Declaration d’Un Soir? Thank you. My favorite is YSL L’Homme Ultime.🙂

Worth mentioning again, Cabotine Rose by Gres is a gorgeous transparent floral that goes for $12 on the grey market and is a compliment getter.

Although I'm avoiding rose fragrances like plague, and rose-patchouli especially, roses are hiding in most of my perfumes... I do like rose-oud pairings though, and would perhaps also consider these light roses: YSL Blouse, Caron Rose Ivoire -new formulation, DS Durga Atlantic Rose.

If you like Versace Eclat de Rose, check out Fragrance World Eclat de Diamont Rosa. It seemed a little flat in the opening with a damp soil note but developed beautifully and lasted until I washed it off next day.

You used to smell the concentrated version of Bulgarian rose oil, which isn’t for everyone. The big perfume houses have been using it for decades and it’s in the examples you gave in this video: Narciso Rouge, Chopard, Cafe Tuberose, and also many Chanel fragrances. It’s a very sophisticated note.

I love rose fragrances. As a man it is hard to find good ones that smell masculine. I have a bottle of Maison Francis Kurkdijan L'Homme A la rose, and I love it. I am going to try Lyric Man. It sounds like the scent profile I would love. Thanks for the suggestion.

I looove rose! I have La Fils de Berlin, and it works very well on me. It’s a bit dark and resinous, but there’s a bright, almost berry note (not jammy) that lasts all day on my skin, and smells best after 6 hours. I get a compliment each time I wear it. I have Lyric Woman, Cafe Tuberosa, and Vaara. Vaara is my fresh, everyday rose perfume. I got a bit tire of rose oud, perfumes. I think the saffron keeps it from being very juvenile. Especially, here in American. It’s a bit less typical. I think I got a jammy overdose.

I’m looking for a rose but I’m not sure what kind, damask probably …I have jo Malone red rose, very linear, tea rose, peregrina, Chloe rose, the issey rose one, Ellie Saab rose 01 by FK, MFK rose one, annick goutal rose, Kayali pepper pink rose one, TF rose prick, decant of Initio atomic rose which is trying to hard to be a perfect rose, Estée Lauder grasse rose and evening rose, nest rose, reminisces rose patchouli, ds durga Atlantic rose, and I may have others. I’m looking for a sweet fresh rose jammy, but I don’t mind a little musk or powder base. No green though. The search continues…

Thank you for the great content. Wondering if you are aware of constantly saying "uhhhhh" and "mmmmm" during the pauses? It would really improve the enjoyment and watchability of your channel if you could cut down on it. You may be already aware of this habit, but many times we don't realize we do this when we are monologuing. I am not wishing to be rude, just asking if you can consider to speak without it as it is hard to listen too, thank you!

Your "Rose Essential Oil" is fake. 100 ml for less than $22 ? Sorry, but the real price for 100 ml Rose Otto (the name typically used for rose essential oil) is maybe closer to $2000.
